The flowers we ordered for our boss while in LA were amazing! They were fragrant and lasted over a week! And the vase was so cute which matched her personality. Such a great choice. Will recommend!

Just amazing, the quality and attention of detail they put into their bouquets is unbelievable. I did a bouquet for Valentine’s Day, which they delivered, they did everything on time and looked beautiful. Each long-stem rose had its own little vial of water, which I found to just be that extra touch of detail. You can definitely tell that they do put their passion and love into everything that they do. If you’re looking for a true artisan with flowers, this is definitely the shop.🌹

Wow! This place blew me away with their superior customer service and extremely friendly and accommodating assistance. I'm from NYC and needed flowers delivered to an event the same night to a theatre in LA as a surprise, so the delivery part was tricky. But, Barbara who helped me from the beginning was so nice, patient, and kind gave me the best white glove service from start to finish by meticulously taking care of my orderes, sending me pictures of the arrangements to make sure I like them, and then personally delivered the flowers herself! Ohmigoodness! I've never received such exemplary service from a flower shop like this before. And, the pricing was very affordable and the flowers were beautiful! I wish they deliver flowers to NYC as I would order from them regularly. So, definitely and highly recommend this florist for all of your floral needs!

This was the second time ordering this plant for family members that lost their loved one. Both times they both were surprised and very happy with the arrangement. It is the perfect plant to send for the loss of a loved one, Downtown Flowers was affordable and extremely pleasant to work with, ordering online was simple and fast. There were no mistakes made on my orders, I am very happy with their service. I highly recommend them especially if you live out of town.

I called and ordered an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday. Spoke with Barbara and she is absolutely amazing!! She’s so helpful and accommodating. She had the arrangement prepared and delivered to my daughter in under two hours of my call. She sent me text message pictures of the flowers, when the delivery person left and when they were delivered. My daughter LOVED her bouquet, so did I. THANK YOU BARBARA for making my daughter’s birthday extra special.
